"The house is a beautifully redone schist structure in the center of Talasnal. All the comforts of home; nicely stocked kitchen, great fireplace (heated the whole house), comfortable beds, and nice hot showers. Great hikes just walking out the front door…although we did get lost the first day. Haha. Both Joao and Alda were super responsive and so helpful. Even offering to pick us up in Candal after our very long misplaced hike. Definitely purchase any supplies before arriving as the tiny Mercado...

"Une maison traditionnelle pleine de charme. Des chambres constituées comme de mini appartement.sas d entrée pour certaines.salle de bain pour chacune. Pièce commune,terrasse et piscine très grandes. Le poulailler,la volière, les mares pleines de grenouilles , les fleurs de nénuphar. Tout est bucolique."

"Had a lovely time staying here only spoiled by the very awkward steps into the property which is supposed to wheelchair accessible other than that I can thoroughly recommend this beautiful “Quinta” for couples, families with children etc older relatives may struggle with acces also Internet isn’t always available but overall in a nice setting with lots of animals to keep you amused."

"Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dieser voll ausgestatteten Villa. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Jeden Morgen wurde uns frisches Brot vorbei gebracht. Einziges kleines Manko: Im Haus ist nur ein Badezimmer, die zweite Dusche und Toilette ist am Pool. Leider waren die Temperaturen nicht mehr dafür geeignet, dass man outdoor hätte duschen können."

"The house is lovely. We particularly loved the outside kitchen, dining and lounge area and we used this a great deal. The pool was also great. The house is in a good location in a small hamlet but there are no facilities there so you do need to drive everywhere. It is about 20min drive to Coimbra which is a very pretty old city and definitely worth a visit. The Atlantic coast is about 45min drive where there are beautiful long sandy beaches. The only downside for us was the proximity to the A13...

"Alles im Haus war liebevoll vorbereitet. Frühstück, Früchte, alles. Irina die Agentin hat immer umgehend reagiert, sobald wir uns bei ihr gemeldet hat. Einige Punkte sind jedoch anzumerken: 01. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart, so dass wir versucht haben, die Härte durch Unterlegen von Bettdecken zu mildern. 02. Der WIFI Anschluß funktionierte für sämtliche unserer modernen Smartphones und meinen Laptop nicht. Es konnte keine IP-Adresse gelesen werden. Ein hinzugezogener IT-Fachmann konnte das...

"Sehr schön eingerichtetes Häuschen mit schönem Garten. Sauber und gemütlich. Genau das Richtige um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Da es etwas abseits liegt, sollte man sich vorher mit allem Nötigen eindecken. In Martinchel selbst gibt es ein kleines Café in dem man neben frischem Brot auch Obst und Gemüse bekommt. Mit dem Auto ist man in einer Stunde in Lissabon."

"Very impressive villa, amazing grounds and pool, the villa is very clean, large windows with tons of natural light. It’s very well equipped, beautiful linens and lots of room for groups. We stayed as a family of 9 and it was absolutely perfect. We all loved the morning breakfast & delivery of freshly baked goods!"
