"Absolutely fabulous hotel. The lady at reception was lovely - friendly and helpful. We were able to store our bags when we arrived then went out for lunch. We were able to check in early which was great. All staff have been lovely - I would thoroughly recommend this place."

"We stayed at the Dakota Edinburgh the night before our flight. This hotel is full of surprises, all of them very good. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well cared for. The lobby is beautiful and relaxing, including a very sweet dog statue. The bar is excellent, great cocktails and snacks. The restaurant was superb, excellent food and very professional and knowledgeable staff. We would absolutely stay there again!"

The staff on reception were very helpful especially Chloe who went out of her way to upgrade our rooms & chat to us too! Also really enjoyed the leisure facilities. Didn’t want to leave! Our beds were very comfy- I will be back! "
