We came to town for the College Rodeo and we were late getting in. Check-in was super smooth, the owner was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient for everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we are in town. If you are looking for a clean, convenient, and affordable place to stay over, I would highly recommend.

Nice budget lodging!

This is an older motel, but the rooms have been updated. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The room was clean with the exception of a couple of dead crickets on the floor.

Clean, good value

The motel is undeniably old and does not look impressive from the outside. The room is clean and the bed comfortable. This place is a great value. I have stayed here a couple of times and will certainly go back. It is not the Ritz, but it is clean with a comfortable bed. For the price it is a win.

First no shower… or I should say a fake shower. There was a shower head there but no way to turn it on. The entire reason I got a hotel that night was to take a shower. Then there were live and dead bugs lined the corner of the wall where the head of the bed is and there were even bugs under the mattress. I tried the door bell like the sign says but no one came, I called like their sign says but no one answered. I left, I paid 63$ for a little kids bath. I took video of everything and will find where I can post it.

We arrived at 2pm. The doors to the lobby were locked, the lights were off - nobody was there. We called multiple times with no answer. Obviously, we do NOT recommend this place.

I heard lots of bad things about this motel and when i went in to check in, there was ants crawling around on the front counter do i decided to leave and go to another motel down the street that we've stayed at several times before and like it
