"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "Great service, location and accommodations. Travelled with my family, which included younger children. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The room (for families) was spacious and sound proof. The hotel is in the center of town with lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, and a ferry station within walking distance. The hotel has a small parking lot, for a small fee; additionally, there some parking garages close by that are reasonably priced. "
