"Nice hotel, great staff. But our Junior Suite (room 302) was only a normal room with a view of a wooden (privacy) wall that hid all sight of the surrounding mountains. I didn't need to drive that far to see a slab of wood from a dark, dreary room. (Plus some of the lights didn't work.)"

The customer service was outstanding; the staff was warm, attentive, and always helpful. And the breakfast? Simply delicious, with a great variety and fresh ingredients.
