Everything is homemade including pastas and local cheese production. Italian meats are made during the slow season by the workers at the hotel. The view of the valley from the back door of the dining room is spectacular. This is a hidden jewel in Calabria. "

Wish I had known what an incredible place it is. We booked a room in the ‘Casa’ but when we arrived they gave us a room in the Castle for the same price.
