Check-In and Access Information
Self Check-In: Access codes for the remote lock are emailed to the reservation holder within 24 hours of arrival. Be sure to complete your guest check-in form after booking and provide your email address and contact phone number.
Directions and Check-In Instructions: For the privacy of our guests, physical addresses are provided only after booking and confirmation are complete.
Digital Guestbook: Directions, check-in instructions, and all necessary information are provided in the digital guestbook. The link will be sent via email after booking and completing your check-in form. Additionally, we'll send it via SMS text message prior to your arrival.
Accessing the House:The driveway up to the house is gravel with a slight decline and then levels out. There are steps down to the front porch, and entry to the house is through the front door. Guests have full access to the home except for any locked doors and the garage, which are for owner's use only.

Driving access is generally easy to moderate and all roads in the Country Club are paved. Some areas around Ruidoso and Alto are hilly to mountainous but generally easy to get around year round. During winter months, guests are encouraged to have access to 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in the event of a major winter weather event.
