"Overall experience was great. The staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed the special experience of having a functional fireplace in the room. It kept us nice and warm on a chilly night (even though the chimney was rusted with many holes for smoke to enter the room). Alpenhaus is bit far from Capivari, but it was nice to see another part of Campos do Jordao and is really close to Boa Vista Palace. They...

"Service is fantastic. The heating system was not working properly, which is bad for a (very) cold night as it was, they provided several blankets though, which were more than enough. Food is good - from the hotel. Just a pizza place they recommended took two hours to deliver it at the hotel, but not their fault at all. Overall, a good place to stay."
