It is close to the U-bahn, in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to the Karmelitermarkt and taken care of by two lovely and kind ladies who keep the place spotless. "Absolutely loved our stay here May 2024. Easy walking distance from train station, HOHO bus, some lovely restaurants and a little grocery store. Upper Belvedere park and Palace walking distance also. Our room was a great size with a washer and dryer which we put to good use. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection of food and staff very friendly. There are also some snacks and drinks if needed at a very good price. "Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. "We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable beds and the triple glazing worked amazingly at keeping the noise out. We were facing the front on a very busy road and heard absolutely no traffic. Breakfast was really nice and fresh with plenty of choice. All the staff were polite and friendly, especially the reception ladies and the bar man. On checkout we were able to leave our bags in the luggage room to pick up early afternoon. This was really good as we were able to round the art gallery at Belverdere without carrying our suitcases. The hotel is very well situated for the train station and Metro, although a nice walk through Belverdere and you are almost at the Opera House Hofberg palace. A great stay, thank you."
