"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back."

"We've had a lovely stay at this villa. Best way I can describe it is as an authentic Italian experience well away from tourists and the beaten track. Easy to get to Rome though ( train from Zagarolo ) and we can recommend the Hydromania water park too, a 40 minute drive away. We spent most of our time relaxing and the pool was brilliant for our children and we hardly spent any time indoors. A big thanks to the owner PierPaolo and to Angelo the gardener."

Restaurants and supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes drive, and the train station at Colleferro (about 15 minutes drive) provides a train service into the centre of Rome. "What we expected and what we got, were really different. The listing makes it seem like it’s a big Villa with four bedrooms/bathrooms, all situated in one house. It’s really a duplex situation side by side with separate entrances. My 2 children and I were looking forward to having our own rooms to sleep in since we had been sharing hotel rooms on this trip. However, both of my kids were creeped out because it meant someone would be in the other unit alone. Now this place is great for 2 families...
