"Probleme beim Einchecken. Die verantwortliche Person glaubte der Buchung über ebockers nicht. Wir mussten nochmals direkt bezahlen. Beim Ausckecken gab es ziemliche Diskussionen. Wir hatten ja doppelt bezahlt. Schlussendlich wurde uns der überzählige Betrag bar zurückerstattet. Generell war das Personal Desinteresse t und sehr unaufmerksam. "Excellent mountain view, breakfast, and staff. My only complaint was the lack of sidewalk from the hotel to the city centre. This is not the hotel’s fault. We took a car from the hotel, as we did not feel safe walking on the road, especially at night. There is not much of a shoulder, and the drivers tended to drive quite fast!"
