For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. "Das Hitel ist in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs gelegen und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war wieder sehr gut und das Personal freundlich. Bei Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern stehen 4 Betten nebeneinander. Jeder hat aber ausreichend Platz. Für den Preis ist das vollkommen ok. Die Strassenbahn und die Bahn sind teilweise bis ins Zimmer zu spüren. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wieder kommen."

During my stay, I noticed a few anomalies with the equipment, which I reported to front desk personnel. The matter was noted and dealt with.
These anomies did not affect t my stay.
Because my room had a kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities, I used them all. Consequently, I did not eat on the dining rooms.
The front desk staff were all very professional, patient and helpful."

Would be nice to have a fan in the room on the warmer nights (there is a large door to the outside which can be left open securely, but there is a bit of noise outside when the window is open).
Would have been good to have a few extra coffee pods and dishwasher tablets as we were staying for 4 days but only had enough for 1 day (they were available at reception on request).
