4-room semi-detached house 86 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed and satellite TV. 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, sauna, children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Sonnenuntergänge über Stralsund

Die Woche war schön. An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Lediglich das System mit Nebenkostenabrechnung fanden wir überholt und vom Preis her ein wenig überzogen. Hat uns aber die Freude nicht genommen. Mit 4 Erwachsenen ist das Haus völlig ausreichend. Lage im kleinen Ferienpark. Wie laut es dort in der Hauptsaison ist, können wir nicht beurteilen. Wir waren im Mai dort u konnten Ruhe genießen. Haus liegt am Rapsfeld. Insektengitter wären wünschenswert. Rügen ist für Radfahrer NICHT gut geeignet. Wenn man nicht gut zu Fuß ist, wirds teilweise sehr anstrengend mit schlechten oder nicht vorhandenen Radwegen. Gern sind wir über die alte Rügenbrücke nach Stralsund geradelt. Tolle Radtour nach Kap Arkona von Lohme aus. In Altefähr am Strand ein..naja...seltsames Eiscafe, lieber zum Hafen beim Italiener ! Vom kleinen Strand o Hafen hat man tolle Aussicht auf Stralsund, mit Sonnenuntergang sehr stimmungsvoll. Einen Ort, der mehr in der Mitte der Insel liegt, wäre vlt sinnvoller gewesen. So fährt man relativ viel mit dem Auto. Wir lieben die Ostsee, Rügen hat uns gefallen. Aber wiederholen werden wir es nicht da wir aufs Rad angewiesen sind.Nächstes mal gehts nach Zingst wegen der Radwegestruktur.

Man muss hier echt ein Lob aussprechen, denn man findet hier ein perfektes Ferienhaus in super Lage mit toller Organisation vor. Es ist super eingerichtet ,geschmackvoll und genug Platz für alles was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt in gut sortierten , sehr sauberen Schränken. Auch der Empfang und die Organisation vor Ort ist top, der Verwalter ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.Sehr empfehlenswert

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie einen wunderbaren zweiwöchigen Urlaub im Ferienhaus Strelasund verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig, hell und bestens ausgestattet. Altefähr ist nicht so überlaufen wie bekanntere Urlaubsorte aus der Insel, aber trotzdem gut erschlossen (Strand, Hafen, der Stralsund-Blick, die Restaurants und der Waldseilpfad haben uns besonders gut gefallen). Zum Strand läuft man nur 5 Minuten. Besondere Pluspunkte des Hauses sind die Sauna und die ruhige Lage direkt am Feldrand.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus Nummer 24 war TOP ausgestattet. Alles was man im Urlaub braucht , war vorhanden. Sehr gute Betreuung ... Wir waren mit 5 Erachsenen und 1 Kind dort und hatten reichlich Platz. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage am Rande eines Feldes und einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Entfernungen zum Meer und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind exakt beschrieben.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden bestimmt mal wiederkommen. P.S. Schön wären noch Fliegengitter an den Terassentüren :) ...
