Luxury Home in Altea with Sea Views

  • This luxury holiday home is located in a beautiful area of Altea of the Costa Blanca region and is highly suitable for a wonderful family holiday. You have access to a communal spacious garden and swimming pool, and there are 2 balconies, both offering stunning views of the vicinity and the sea. Beach and shops are a few minutes' drive (Altea, Calpe) and various sights and beautiful hiking trails can be found nearby. There are also several golf courses nearby and it is possible to rent a boat in the marina of Marina Greenwich. Within 12 minutes, you are in the bustling heart of Benidorm with terraces, shops, sandy beach and water ski course. Aqua Natura (swimming paradise) and Terra Natura (zoo) are also recommended. The holiday home consists of 2 floors which offer a balcony each. The entire house is fully equipped, with facilities like air conditioning, Dutch television channels and a Nespresso machine. A carport is also at your disposal.
    It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Bel appartement dans les hauteurs de Altea Hills

L'appartement est très agréable avec une terrasse sur laquelle nous avons passé la plupart du temps. La vue est superbe (malgré les arbres un peu hauts) et l'environnement très calme. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Drôle d'idée d'avoir un micro onde au dessus du frigo et donc inaccessible, voir dangereux, quand on ne fait pas 2 mètres !

Die Eigentümer tun viel dafür, die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand zu halten und das Ganze macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Ich war im Dezember zum ersten Mal hier. Genießen Sie morgens die Sonne auf der Terrasse und genießen Sie nachmittags einen Drink auf einer Terrasse in der Umgebung. Kurz gesagt, es ist großartig, im Dezember etwas zu unternehmen. Leider ist es zu kalt, um sich im Pool zu erfrischen, aber die Sonne tagsüber entschädigt für vieles. Bitte bringen Sie für den Abend unbedingt eine Jacke mit.

Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und wenn man sie genießt, überkommt einen die Ruhe. Von früh morgens bis spät in die Nacht können Sie das Lounge-Sofa auf dem sehr großzügigen Balkon genießen. Sie können sowohl drinnen als auch draußen essen, denn es gibt zwei geräumige Essbereiche. Wenn Sie fernsehen möchten, können Sie dies auf dem sehr großen Fernseher mit allen niederländischen Sendern tun. Der Pool war perfekt sauber und oft waren wir die Einzigen, die ihn nutzten. Kurz gesagt, sehr zu empfehlen, aber ein Auto ist ein Muss, um auf den Gipfel zu gelangen, aber dann werden Sie auch einen wunderschönen Urlaub haben! Dit jaar dit apartement voor de tweede keer geboekt na een fijne ervaring afgelopen jaar. Het verblijf was dit jaar wederom fantastisch. Het apartement is prachtig gelegen in de bergen van Altea Hills en voorzien van alle gemakken en maakt een verzorgde indruk. Het is een gelegen in een rustig gebied met een zestal townhouses en het zwembad ligt op loopafstand (1 minuut) In omgeving zijn leuke plaatsen met mooie stranden en leuke terrasjes, zoals Altea, Calpe en Javea. Ook het binnenland is zeer de moeite waard om te ontdekken. Kortom een mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen of er een lekkere luiervakantie van te maken.

L’accueil effectué par Nicolette à notre arrivée et à notre départ a été très agréable Elle a su se montrer réactive lorsque nous avons eu des questions. Une bouteille de vin nous attendait à notre arrivée ce petit geste a bien démarré les vacances. Tous les produits domestiques étaient présents Points à revoir Malheureusement les photos datent un peu car depuis les arbres ont beaucoup poussés et la vue sur mer dans les chambres est quasi inexistante et celle de la terrasse ne se mérite que si vous êtes debout. Dommage qu’il y ai des une planche en bois comme balustrade qui cache la vue sur mer (en plus des arbres), il aurait été bien de faire comme le voisin de mettre des vitres. Malgré cela, notre séjour a été très agréable.
