This luxury holiday home is located in a beautiful area of Altea of the Costa Blanca region and is highly suitable for a wonderful family holiday. You have access to a communal spacious garden and swimming pool, and there are 2 balconies, both offering stunning views of the vicinity and the mountains.

Beach and shops are a few minutes' drive (Altea, Calpe) and various sights and beautiful hiking trails can be found nearby. There are also several golf courses nearby and it is possible to rent a boat in the marina of Marina Greenwich. Within 12 minutes, you are in the bustling heart of Benidorm with terraces, shops, sandy beach and water ski course. Aqua Natura (swimming paradise) and Terra Natura (zoo) are also recommended.

The holiday home consists of 2 floors which offer a balcony each. The entire house is fully equipped, with facilities like air conditioning, Dutch television channels and a Nespresso machine. A carport is also at your disposal.

Wieder einmal waren wir zum dritten Mal im Casa Panorama Altea Hills. Es wurde wieder gut gepflegt. Die Eigentümer tun viel dafür, die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand zu halten und das Ganze macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Ich war im Dezember zum ersten Mal hier. Genießen Sie morgens die Sonne auf der Terrasse und genießen Sie nachmittags einen Drink auf einer Terrasse in der Umgebung. Kurz gesagt, es ist großartig, im Dezember etwas zu unternehmen. Leider ist es zu kalt, um sich im Pool zu erfrischen, aber die Sonne tagsüber entschädigt für vieles. Bitte bringen Sie für den Abend unbedingt eine Jacke mit.

Wir haben Casa Panorama genossen, es ist ein geräumiges Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die ein normaler Mensch braucht. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und wenn man sie genießt, überkommt einen die Ruhe. Von früh morgens bis spät in die Nacht können Sie das Lounge-Sofa auf dem sehr großzügigen Balkon genießen. Sie können sowohl drinnen als auch draußen essen, denn es gibt zwei geräumige Essbereiche. Wenn Sie fernsehen möchten, können Sie dies auf dem sehr großen Fernseher mit allen niederländischen Sendern tun. Der Pool war perfekt sauber und oft waren wir die Einzigen, die ihn nutzten. Kurz gesagt, sehr zu empfehlen, aber ein Auto ist ein Muss, um auf den Gipfel zu gelangen, aber dann werden Sie auch einen wunderschönen Urlaub haben! Ich wünsche Ihnen viel Spaß in diesem schönen Haus. Jack Baker

Dit jaar dit apartement voor de tweede keer geboekt na een fijne ervaring afgelopen jaar. Het verblijf was dit jaar wederom fantastisch. Het apartement is prachtig gelegen in de bergen van Altea Hills en voorzien van alle gemakken en maakt een verzorgde indruk. Het is een gelegen in een rustig gebied met een zestal townhouses en het zwembad ligt op loopafstand (1 minuut) In omgeving zijn leuke plaatsen met mooie stranden en leuke terrasjes, zoals Altea, Calpe en Javea. Ook het binnenland is zeer de moeite waard om te ontdekken. Kortom een mooie uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen of er een lekkere luiervakantie van te maken.

L’appartement est très grand et fonctionnel et fonctionnel. L’accueil effectué par Nicolette à notre arrivée et à notre départ a été très agréable Elle a su se montrer réactive lorsque nous avons eu des questions. Une bouteille de vin nous attendait à notre arrivée ce petit geste a bien démarré les vacances. Tous les produits domestiques étaient présents Points à revoir Malheureusement les photos datent un peu car depuis les arbres ont beaucoup poussés et la vue sur mer dans les chambres est quasi inexistante et celle de la terrasse ne se mérite que si vous êtes debout. Dommage qu’il y ai des une planche en bois comme balustrade qui cache la vue sur mer (en plus des arbres), il aurait été bien de faire comme le voisin de mettre des vitres. Malgré cela, notre séjour a été très agréable.

Mooi appartement in de heuvels van Altea. Alles is schoon en keurig verzorgd. Je hebt een prachtig uitzicht over zee. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en genoten van de rust. Dikke aanrader voor mensen die van luxe en rust houden. Auto is wel om aan te raden.

Vi havde en dejlig tid på Belvilla by OYO Casa Panorama, Stedet var virkelig rent og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for til et komfortabelt ophold, Vi elskede udendørs swimmingpoolen og haverne, perfekt til afslapning efter en dags udforskning, De nærliggende strande var kun en kort køretur væk, hvilket var super praktisk, Jeg nød Nespresso-maskinen i køkkenet, en dejlig detalje! Den eneste ulempe var, at WiFi nogle gange var lidt langsomt, men ærligt talt, det ødelagde ikke vores tur, Vil helt sikkert anbefale dette sted til en familieferie!

Een fantastisch appartement tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het appartement bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen, met de woonkamer en keuken met een ruim terras boven en het slaapgedeelte met klein balkon beneden. Het appartement met hoge afwerking ligt rustig boven op een berg en dat geeft een mooi uitzicht op zee. Het is wel een steile rit naar boven met de auto van ongeveer 5 minuten, maar dit went snel. Een prima uitvalsbasis voor een heerlijke relax vakantie en mooi centraal gelegen voor leuke uitstapjes naar onder andere Javea. Zeer aan te bevelen voor gezinnen en voor volwassenen tot 4 personen. En bij aankomst een lekker flesje wijn en water. Hartelijk dank en complimenten aan de eigenaar van het appartement.

In de beschrijving staat dat er o.a. een citruspers, magnetron, keukenmachine, broodrooster aanwezig zouden moeten zijn, helaas…. De inventaris is heel summer. Het huis is mooi, zo ook het uitzicht. De tv kunnen we niet bedienen, ook niet met behulp van de eigenaar.

Fantastisch appartement om te verblijven met alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon, modern en een geweldig uitzicht. De rust die je er vindt nadat je in het centrum bent geweest. Heerlijk zwembad waar je tot de laatste zonnestralen kunt genieten. Kortom, een aanrader en voor ons zeer zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

De lokatie is echt mooi. Het is alleen erg jammer dat wij de eerste dag al hebben aangegeven dat de wasmachine kapot is en dat, ondanks herhaalde communicatie hierover, de beheerder niet van plan blijkt om dit op te lossen. Wij doen nu de de was op de hand! Verder hebben we erg veel last van mieren in de keuken, iets wat ook bekend is, want er liggen zelfs mierenlokdozen op het aanrecht. De mieren trekken zich hier niets van aan en bevolken in grote getalen het aanrecht. Jammer dat er op een complex met 10 appartementen maar 7 bedjes bij het zwembad staan!
