Apartment with air conditioning designed for 2/4 people: bedroom with one large bed (150x190), double sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, open et modern kitchen with dishwasher, large living room with large TV connected (direct access to Netflix, Youtube), WIFI (fiber) and TV satelite chanels, terrace with sliding glass doors, awning to protect the terrace from the rays from the sun. Several shops (mini-market) and a pharmacy around the residence. Our stay in Altea
We had a great stay in this Apartment, very close to all amenities and a beautiful beach view, please remember youre beach shoes! Great to have sun beds for the pool or the beach, we had some lovely meals in the old town which is amazing for views & ambience but we loved a little place on the front call “enjoy” it was the best food and wonderful owners. Eric the owner of the apartment was easy to converse with. We would reccomend his place

A BREAK BY THE SEA
The apartment is just as it says, overlooking the sea a walk into Altea itself, 15mins by car to Calpe, 30 mins by car to Benidorm and Moirara totally adequate for 2 people

Mainio kerrostalohuoneisto rannalla
Kyseessä on siisti yhden makuuhuoneen huoneisto aivan rannan läheisyydessä. Matkaa Altean keskustaan on noin kilometri. Asunnon läheisyydessä on hyviä ravintoloita ja ruokakauppa. Asunto on siisti ja modernisoitu selvästi joitakin vuosia sitten. Viihdyimme hyvin.

Wij zijn er drie dagen verbleven, terwijl wij een maand hadden geboekt. Nimmer zonlicht binnen, daardoor koud en somber. Uitzicht op parkeerplaats. Het appartement was netje en goed ingericht. Maar je komt toch voor de zon, zonlicht en de warmte

Appartement bien situé face à la mer
Cet appartement aurait besoin d’etre rénové en particulier l’électricité qui n’est pas du tout aux normes surtout la prise de la cuisine et la salle de bain sombre, douche vétuste et mauvais écoulement de l’eau Il est Aussi propre que possible étant donné l’âge des installations Sinon l’accueil par Isabel est parfait. Rapport qualité /prix moyen si on compare avec le même appartement situé à l’étage au dessus et nous avons payé le parking en plus alors que pour eux c’était compris Notre séjour a été agréable malgré ces désagréments

Appartement très convivial et agréable à vivre pour profiter pleinement de votre séjour. TV, wifi, 2 vélos à dispo. Balcon véranda très chic avec une vue magnifique sur la Méditerranée. Environnement calme et reposant. Appartement très propre et bien entretenu, déco très soignée avec goûts. Les pieds dans l'eau à moins de 50 mètres (très belle plage avec une vue paradisiaque) Superbe situation géographique. Rapport qualité prix très correct. Propriétaire sympathique et agréable. Prima plek voor een weekje relaxen
Het is niet groot, maar voldoende voor twee personen. Prima bedden en goede stoelen om op te zitten. Als je met de auto bent, is het wel verstandig om een parkeerplaats op het terrein te regelen (via de conciërge in de hal beneden, €12/€15 voor onoverdekte/overdekte plaats). Wij hebben een prima week gehad in oktober 2018.

Jolie appartement les pieds dans l'eau , très bien entretenue ,propreté impeccable et la personne qui s'occupe de nous donner les clés la dalle Isabelle est exceptionnelle .... mais pas adapté a 2 adultes et 2 enfants quand on regardees photos on l'imagine plus grand en faite pas du tout la cuisine enfin kitchenette si vous faite plus de 1.60 mètre passer votre chemin . les cucarachas (grosse blattes de la taille d'une migale ) vont et vient a leur guise dans l'appartement sans parler des cafard (j'espère ne pas en avoir amener chez nous a mon insu ) a notre arrivé même pas un fond de café uniquement du sel alors super pour commencer ..... sans parler du concierge qui est grossier ,mal élevé, qui fliquer les locataire à tord et travers dans le but de leur faire respecter des règles qui sont placardé tout les 50 mètres (qui d'ailleurs les respectes ) mais monsieur se balade avec son chien de chasse ( chien qui sont explicitement interdit ) sans laisse autour de la piscine et la pelouse alors que des enfants y jouent .... enfin la cerise sur le gâteau nous somme arrive un samedi donc la personne qui gère le parking ne travail pas pour ne revenir que lundi et bien tout le weekend obligé de chercher une place des heures avec les petits dans la voiture et bien évidement on c'est garder de nous le dire je tenais tout de même à vous remercier d'avoir fais le nécessaire pour nous avoir un rehausseur pour bébé superbe attention .

APPARTEMENT BIEN SITUE ET BIEN EQUIPE , MAIS PLAGE DE GALETS ET VENT
j'ai presque tout dit dans le titre ; j'ai dû changer une ampoule dans la salle d'eau , et un tire-bouchon sans doute trop utilisé par les locataires précédents , qui m'est resté dans les mains à la 2ème utilisation . je n'avais pas vu le descriptif de l'environnement ,du reste très bien fait , et j'ai découvert à pieds le quartier et la ville d'ALTEA . nous avons eu le plaisir de voir des amis installés depuis 27 ans à BENISSA , qui nous ont amené dans un restaurant d'ALTEA la viella où l'on a mangé un excellent gigot rôti . la pizzeria COSTA qq chose située à 300 ms de l'appartement , en bas de la clinique , est bonne et pas trop chère . la brasserie ,cafétéria de l'hôtel TROVADOR est accueillante et pratique

The House of the Rising Sun ( 3ème ! )
Avec grand plaisir , pour la 3ème fois (la 2ème en avril ) , à Altea Sol , dans cet appartement très bien équipé, fonctionnel et bien entretenu ( propreté au top ) La résidence , bien fréquentée , est accueillante ; d'une part , par sa situation en front de mer , et aussi par les contacts avec les résidents avec qui nous avons lié des liens d'amitié ( Hello ,Christa , Herbert , Janet , Rod +...Ralph --- Ils se reconnaitront !) Du balcon dominant la mer , assister au lever de soleil quotidien est toujours un moment magique Et cette année , cerise , voire " pépite " sur le gâteau, nous avons pu contempler un lever de lune , la fameuse "Blue Moon " , le 1er avril. Quel spectacle de voir surgir de l'horizon , une énorme lune rougeâtre qui monte lentement dans le ciel noir !!!!! Tout étant parfait , à très bientôt à Altéa !!!

trés bon séjour pendant les vacances de Noël
appartement agréable bien situé , 10 minutes en vélo de l'esplanada où il y a plein de restos dont celui de Fabien Perenes un français de notre village coïncidence incroyable, à côté de altea rock vendeur de pierres... Altéa est très proche de Calp et Benidorm très agréables aussi (plages de sable). résidence calme et appartement bien équipé attention au concierge pas très conciliant pour le parking, pensez à réserver votre place auprès de lui directement... A refaire

L'appartement correspond à sa description. La grande terrasse est vraiment agréable. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le point négatif de cette location est la plage de galets. (Chaussures et transat obligatoires). Cela devrait être clairement stipuler dans l'annonce. Un grand merci à Isabel pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, qui nous à permis de prendre possession de la location dans de bonnes conditions.
