"We love the hotel, it was a Family trip first time in Switzerland, did ski 3 days and we took the bus and the train super easy. We also rented the ski gear close by like 10 minutes from the hotel. We had a blast. "

They asked if we’re going to eat and when we said yes, they said they would have a table waiting for us in the attached restaurant. The room was large and very clean. "The view from our balcony room was magnificent! View of the river, the lake & the surrounding mountains. We were lucky to have sunny clear sky during our stay. However, we had terrible luck with the shower. Water ran too cold or too hot, and sometimes it slowed to a drip!! We should've notified the front desk to call a plumber, but we were too busy enjoying our outings in Luzern!!!"

"My friend and I had a lot of fun in this town! The Rigi Panorama Trail access is right around the corner from the hotel. The front desk staff was super helpful with any questions we had!! Such a cute hotel and great breakfast included with your stay! "
