6/10 Okay

"Our room was not one of the renovated ones, so the photos on Expedia are not accurate. When we arrived around 11:30pm it was 75 degrees inside. They did send a maintenance tech immediately who checked it out and said everything was working as it should but he brought us a box fan. The room took over 12 hours to get to a suitable temp so the first night of 3 was miserable. There is no exhaust fans in the bathroom, while the water pressure is great, there are moisture spots in the ceiling and the steam permeates throughout the entire room once the bathroom door is open. The patios seem shared, there is no furniture on them so you can’t sit outside. There are also no screens on the patio doors so you can’t leave them open. There’s a musty smell in the hallway, not bad just old smelling. The room was affordable and quiet, getting in and out of the property was easy and it is conveniently located but I probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room did not meet acceptable standards of cleanliness and maintenance. During my stay, I noted the following issues: Maintenance & Safety: The carbon monoxide detector in the room was not properly installed; it was found with the battery compartment open and empty. Additionally, the window blinds were damaged and torn, failing to provide proper privacy or light control. Cleanliness: There appear to be stains on the walls in multiple locations and debris left within the furniture drawers. General Condition: The bathroom also showed signs of inadequate cleaning. I am disappointed by these conditions, as they significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I hope this feedback helps you address these maintenance and housekeeping lapses to improve the experience for future guests."
