"Alles war gut"

"Hotel was set in a beautiful location. Lobby, dining room, outdoor area, and movie room were nice. Rooms super basic. Hard beds, flat pillows, limited amenities, no room cleaning unless you wanted to pay for it. We also were only allotted 1 towel each for our entire 3 night stay. If you wanted another towel it would cost $8 Francs. No air conditioning and it was hot! Very limited front desk hours. We were given a code to put in prior to arrival but it was incorrect and we had to hunt down phone...

"Excellent location, small but functional & clean space. Very basic amenities, no ice tray and lamp not working. View straight into a wall in studio apartment. Would only recommend for 1-2 night max stay."

"The location is absolutely stunning, you see the Alps from the balcony. The breakfast is wholesome and healthy, the croissants are still warm, and everything is super fresh. The only drawback is that the church across the street is very noisy — it starts ringing its bells at six every morning and it’s always an extensive performance, so if you like to sleep in, you may have difficulties."

"The hotel has a self check in. Which is totally fine if you don’t have any problems or questions. We got into our room and one of the reading lamps on the headboard was pulled out of the wall and live exposed electrical wires were hanging out. I couldn’t find anyone on the property to tell, so I sent an email with the picture to an email address I found on the website. I got a reply the next morning thanking me for my email.
