"This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices. "Problem solving = zero. Asked for beach towels got the reply that the hotel was not on the beach so no towels, no info that you need to reserve parking, no info for the first night that you need reservation for eating, asked for a fan - we don't have and no aircond either.... was the answer. Finally, when checking in they asked for more money with the excuse that I not stayed with the chain earlier. I have not recived the final bill yet due to the fact that the system was down when checking out...

"Excellent location, almost on the beach. Good amenities in the apartment. Tasteful decoration with many pieces of art in common areas. Very reach and diversified content of the breakfast. Unique experience of intercourse with modernism architecture while enjoying view of the sea from the restaurant. "

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
