"We had made a reservation for one night, and when we called to request an additional night, we had to upgrade, at our expense, to the suite building down the street. When we checked in, the person at the desk told us we had included breakfast, but the next morning, we were told we were not on their breakfast list, and we found that we did not, in fact, have breakfast included. They did give us breakfast for the rate we would have booked on line, and not full price. When we tried to enter the room, the key didn’t work, so we had to walk down the block to the main part of the hotel to have the key reprogrammed. At breakfast our first morning, the staff seemed overwhelmed and offered no guidance on the buffet. We found safe, free street parking for both nights very close to the hotel, so we had no reason to pay the additional fee for parking."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Perfect location close to the train station. The whole property was renovated but our bathroom was not. That was probably the only issue we had. Beside that, the breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful"

"Nice hotel which a great view. Staff were really helpful despite my lack of German, and made everything easy. The score wasn’t perfect because the hotel is slightly dated (although room was good), the sauna is only open in the evening (despite the spa being open all day) and the restaurant only had a buffet (which was ok, but limited). Also, the bar wasn’t open. In summary, nice stay but won’t stay again for my next work trip to the area."
