"First impressions were not great. The property could use some updating with paint and landscape. But the room was wonderful. Beautiful ocean view, balcony, nice beds, fluffy towels, stocked kitchen, and an easy-to-use security front door lock. I would stay there again and recommend the place. "

"This hotel is a cheep option for the area, there are more expensive hotels that offer much more The staff are nice and will do what they can to make your stay better This hotel is I real need of a face lift and could be so much better The elevator was broken and pool was closed the hotel also has a very strong smell, not sure why perhaps it’s because they use to allow smoking in the rooms back in the day All in all it’s close to downtown and is very walkable we stayed here for a football game as it was a cheaper option so you do pay for what you get "

Great neighborhood for a walk, restaurant next door for food with friendly staff. Gas station close to fill up before you hit the road. "
