"What a lovely stay! The place was clean and you couldn’t ask for a better view and beach access. Backing out of the driveway is tricky but doable. The climb down to the beach could be hard for older people. Make note that there is only a toaster oven, no oven. We absolutely loved it though. It’s quaint and comfortable! We will be back again! It’s adorable!"

"We enjoyed our 1st vacation in 12 years- and definitely will be back! Very clean! The manager was very communicative. We loved the easy access to the beach especially since we have dogs. We enjoyed the views especially from the bedroom at sunset. We got lucky and had a couple of days of sunshine -very rare in April! The only thing that we would change would be bigger chairs/furniture in the living room … my husband is 6’4 Lol! :)"

"Cute older place. Amazing location for the price. Someone needs to check the dishes between guests instead of relying on the honor system. Everything I went to use was visible dirty. Also none of the windows or sliding doors have screens we like to get the fresh sea air with out all the little bugs flying in. Overall I would stay here again if it stays the same price."

"This home is in the perfect location! Just enough space for you and your partner to be cozy and enjoy all that Yachats can offer. The hot tub was so relaxing and the bed was so comfortable that my husband started looking for mattress toppers for our home to replicate his sleeping experience."

"Place is as described. Clean and comfortable to lounge around on a rainy day. Quiet and secluded for that sense of privacy. It was great for our dog to have some outdoor space and indoor space. Hosts were quick in responding and repairing a minor issue with a door which we greatly appreciated. 25 mins from the OSU campus."

"Very nice house for a couple that is one property off the beach, with good views and super access to an incredible beachside trail. The house was just as advertised and all systems were in good order and the beds and furniture are comfortable. No dishwasher would be an issue for us for longer stays, but not for the two nights we stayed. We would definitely stay again. "
