"Ich kann nur das Appartment 3 bewerten. Die Unterkunft ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad ist neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein und das Bett auch nur ca. 1,40m breit. Die "Terrasse" ist leider nur der Durchgangsweg zur nächsten Wohnung. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt nebendran. Zum See läuft man ca. 10 min."

"Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. "We return with mixed feelings from our holiday at Familienparadis MONI. There was no reception when we arrived. The boy who was there didn't really want to call any local ski schools for us or to give us any advice on the local area. We had to explore everything on our own. No passports were checked and no documents filled in. The first night, the people in the room next to us managed to start the fire alarm and all the guests at the hotels went out in their pyjamas wondering what is going on...

"This appartment was really great. The hostess cleaned it daily and prepared a nice breakfast as well. Very friendly and heplfull people and I would definately recommend this place. The ski bus towards the lift is only 2 minutes walking distance from the appartment. Had a great time!!"

"The hotel was pleasant with nice staff and good location 10 minutes walk to the lake. Breakfast was ample and set us up for our 5 day hiking holiday across the Karwendels. The only minor point is the value for money as it was pretty expensive for the type of hotel."
