The Snake River is an awesome meandering river through Wyoming and Idaho. Great kayaking and rafting. Evel Knievel tried to jump it in 1974 farther down at the wider canyon.

"We had a lovely stay here. Condo was comfortable, cozy during winter, clean, well-appointed and spacious for our family of 6. We enjoyed the view of the mountains out the back, appreciated the location between the town of Jackson and the ski resort and would definitely stay there again. We struggled a bit to control the heat/thermostats and start the fire, but those things barely detracted from the quality of our stay."
