Your perfect getaway in this charming basement suite located in Alpine, Utah, just minutes from world-class ski resorts. This cozy space features a full kitchen equipped with a modern air fryer, perfect for whipping up delicious meals. Unwind in the plush king bed while enjoying your favorite shows on the smart TV. The luxurious walk-in shower adds a touch of comfort after a day on the slopes. Experience the beauty of the mountains while enjoying all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay!

This listing is a basement suite- there’s a sweet family that lives upstairs!
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
