"My friends and I stayed for a weekend to attend another friend's wedding. The place was clean and exactly what we needed. The only downside was that the bed off of the kitchen only had a curtain between the bed and the kitchen, but that was clearly known form the description of the property in the advertisement. All in all a good place to stay with friends for a weekend."

"The Mendocino art center is wonderful. We loved being in town and so near the ocean. We loved our little apartment. The only thing I would request is that the outdoor lights are super bright, for them to be turned off at night. They’re not gentle lights. They are very bright, LED blue lights. Even though we had curtains, the lights came in from all around and made the room pretty bright at night. We stayed for two nights, and both mornings around 5:00 AM, somebody banged around in the shed below...

"this unit needs some attention! mildew in the shower and on the window seals. the bed needs a new mattress. It is definitely not as nice as the pictures make it look."
