"I had an upper pod. Mattress & bedding were superb. Best night’s sleep in 50 years. Quiet and comfortable. My only issue was getting in & out of the upper pod. There’s only 2 vertical handles about arms length apart and feels unsafe getting out. Dangerous when you’re using one arm, almost ripped it off on the first time. There’s definitely a higher risk & higher consequences for the less abled person."

"Very clean and quite the hot tub and sauna in the room was amazing. The bed was so comfy. Staff helpfulness wasn’t the best, we arrived late and all the shops were shut so we asked for staff to put a bottle of wine in the room but they would not do unless I came and paid for the wine and would not accept payment over the phone. When we did arrive at 11.30 and asked staff for a wine glass, they said they couldn’t give me one as they didn’t have one but had a fully stocked bar. Bit out of the way but tram was right over the road and really quick"

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Hunfeld! The hotel is beautiful, stylish and has a lot of character. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Utrecht and within walking distance of everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely come back!"

"Very close to Amstel station meaning you can easily get into centre via the metro, takes about 10 mins. Quiet area but a few bars nearby. Very warm welcome and staff were very friendly. The only slight minor point was we’d asked for our room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. We managed to get fresh towels though and staff were apologetic."
