Top Alpedrete Hotel Reviews
Residencia Universitaria Resa Erasmo
8/10 Good
"The room was clean and accommodated for three people. The air conditioning worked fine. The bathroom was clean. We did not have time to use the cooktop. The staff were helpful but there was a language barrier concerning parking. There is a very large parking lot on level ground next to the entrance but we were unable to park there despite having arrived late and leaving early for the airport with a lot of luggage and a child. I was able to engage a group of college students to help negotiate by leaving a cash deposit but the parking policy was email account based and the woman at the front desk was not able to set that up at 10PM at the time of arrival. I ended up having to park on the street which was free but it required carrying luggage up a lot of steps to get to the residence lobby. If the parking provisioning could be communicated earlier via Expedia message or accommodated via onsite payment and integrated with the room key that would be a much better parking experience."
