"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "We were surprised that the sheets and pillows were provided separately and we had to put them on ourselves. The pillows were low quality and flat. The location is convenient though not walkable to a lift. The pool closes at 19:00 so don’t expect to go after dinner. "

"Room was clean but 6th floor was an attic room with velux windows and great views of the slopes. I just had to watch hitting my head as roof was low on one side. There was no pool & spa facilities were not included costing 12 euros a session. Restaurant food was very good as were staff. lighting lacks ambience in restaurant and when busy noisy accoustics through conversations. Great if you like bright lighting but i prefer mood lighting. A minor point but worth mentioning."
