"The hotel is very clean and nicely organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is spread across several buildings, so you need to walk outside to get to the spa, wellness area, and breakfast. Our room could use a bit of an upgrade, especially the flooring, which looked quite worn. Otherwise, everything is beautiful — the views are picture-perfect and the fresh mountain air is amazing."

"This is a beautiful 19th century castle converted into a charming luxury hotel. The lobby & restaurants are piece of history. Rooms are renovated, bathrooms are very stylish. The staff are very polite and hard working. The breakfast buffet is delicious and dinner is fine dining a-la-carte menu with fantastic choices. The spa is very nice and the swimming pool is great. Free hotel shuttle to the ski area. Hotel offered me free room upgrade = thank you for the surprise and generosity !! I will definitely come back again !! "
