The house has 4 bedrooms, although it is marketed for a maximum of 6 people to guarantee a more comfortable stay, as it has only one interior bathroom. Outside, one of its great attractions, you will find a garden, fenced plot, 25 m² terrace, outdoor furniture, charcoal barbecue and a pleasant private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying sunny days with complete privacy. 🏊‍♂️🔥



Inside, the dwelling offers a welcoming and practical space for everyday living. It has a living room with television, air conditioning only in the living room, 4 fans distributed throughout the house and wifi connection. The American-style gas kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable stay.



The property is situated in a quiet area, with easy access to some of the most attractive spots in the province. Within a few kilometres you can visit the centre of Álora, supermarkets, restaurants, golf courses, beaches of the Costa del Sol, the Caminito del Rey, the Chorro Reservoir or natural landscapes in the interior of Málaga. 🚗🌄



It also has outdoor parking within the property, which provides an added convenience for those travelling by car.

🔹 Mandatory deposit before check-in (refundable 48 hours after inspection).

🔹 Pets welcome upon request. A maximum of two pets per booking are admitted, with an additional supplement applied for each one not included in the booking. 🐾

🔹 Parties and noise are not permitted during rest hours.

🔹 Travel insurance is recommended.
