"An outstanding property in a tea plantation. The main house is full of furniture from days gone by, including nice library. The staff are very incredible. We went at a time when the night temperatures got cold. Not a problem. We ate by a roaring fire, slept of beds made toasty and warm by electric blankets, and were taken for an incredibly hike through the villages with the tea garden as well as through the garden itself. Spectacular! "

"The room which we booked for 3 people doesn’t have enough space. We had to upgrade with additional cost, post upgrade as an additional bed only mattress was given, there are other hotels which provide a cot with no additional cost at all. The cafeteria did not have enough food options, the bathroom once closed developed a pungent smell after sometime, we had to call room service for bathroom freshener time and again. Overall experience is average, i have lived in better hotels at same or lower cost. "
