"Begona’s Apartment is one of the best I have ever stayed in. It had everything that a traveller needs and more. The view from the lounge through the centre of Bilbao to the hills behind was spectacular. Begona was a super host, very communicative and just so helpful and her black book full of great recommendations of services, super markets, restaurants things to do, all close by. There is no better place to stay than Begona’s The only downside was we didn’t have more time!! Thanks so much...

"I suggest a car! On a whim my daughter & I decided to head to Bilbao as this is a part of España I had not been to. While Gorliz is a suburb of Bilbao (approximately 50 minutes on metro to Plentzia) & w/o a car one must ride a bus to this location (8-10 min.-get off at Aldai) or a 30 min. walk), it’s a lovely town to walk around. "This hotel has online check in. It does not have a front desk. We did not receive an email to check in. You should check in 24 hours in advance. There is a parking lot near the property that will give you a special discount to park, but it needs to be done at least 24 hours before. The room has AC that works, it also has a great hair dryer, and has washer/dryer. Our room had a small kitchen."
