"I am beyond disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. What should have been a relaxing trip was ruined by the sheer lack of basic hospitality and professionalism. Upon arrival, I wasn’t even greeted. The front desk clerk acted as if my check-in was a massive inconvenience. We already checked in and waited for an 1 hour in the line, but our rooms is not yet ready so we decided to go out for couple of hours. When we came back to picked up the key to our room the front desk told us to go back to the line and wait all over again and again just to pickup the keys as I pointed out an issue with my room keys just to pickup, I was met with an eye-roll and a "there’s nothing we can do" attitude without them even checking the system. The situation only got worse when I asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was "busy" and the manager was so rude that he didn’t wan’t to talked to me or help me. I followed up again, and each time the front desk staff became more hostile. It was clear that the toxic attitude at the front desk starts at the top. If management can’t be bothered to address the guest concerns or even show their face when there’s a conflict. they shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that actually value their guests. This was a total waste of money! The staff and the higher-ups should attend a mandatory guest management. "Room clean. Restaurant and bar closed on Sunday afternoon and wvening"

"Pool was closed undergoing repairs which was the reason we chose this hotel leaving us very disappointed. The room was clean but bathroom smelled of a strong sewer smell and had to keep the window open and maintain air circulation. Restaurant was very nice, great food and dj playing music was a nice touch. Overall if the pool had been open , would have rated this hotel slightly higher. Great location in Glyfada "

"Excellent friendly check in. Staying for 24hrs however requested a late check out. Was offered to upgrade to lounge access to enhance stay and use after the check out time (11am) however it was cheaper to pay 50% of the daily rate to keep our room until 6pm. Reception staff VERY helpful. Room was excellent and despite renovation of 50% of the hotel we did not get disturbed at all. All the staff, reception, security, concierge , cleaners we found were friendly and calm and it felt like a very well run hotel."

We Especially liked the well prepared to go bag as we had a very early flight. We have reservations for October this year. Outstanding."
