"Very dated resort that clearly is not so popular any more. All f&b closes 8.30pm. no house keeping unless you explicitly ask. A lot of mosquitoes and no repellent. Pretty far away from everything worth visiting including restaurants. Better off staying in Lapu-Lapu."

"This turned out to be very disappointing. I was looking forward to this resort out of all the places I was visiting in the Philippines. It turned out to be the worst. First, the room did not have A/C, no hot water and the bed was like a baby mattress! That’s just the beginning. They don’t take credit cards at the resort. The WiFi was terrible. I had to pay over $100 to get a room with A/C. The facilities were run down and out dated. The restaurant was nice but no A/C either. Felt like Castaway!!...

"The stay at this resort was very comfortable. The setting is right on the water , with amazing views. The staff and manager, Steve, are super friendly and accommodating. You can use kayaks or take a diving tour with them. The accommodations are clean and the air conditioning work well. The best thing about this location is the setting. I would highly recommend this place."

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Villa Presito. Bryan was really easy to communicate with and helped us book a private driver to take us from our hotel in Lapu Lapu City to the villa. The grounds are so large and the villa is beautifully designed and decorated. We purposely cut down our itinerary so we could enjoy more time there, especially in the pool! "Property is right on White Sand Beach. Wifi is terrible and power kept going off and on. So if your trying to do some business its no good for that. Parking is also limited and sketchy at best. The location is a few minutes from the main town in a lovely coastal area though. Would recommend for low tech travellers looking for a place on the beach. Staff also seemed very friendly."
