"A great little house with an ideal size garden. The location is great as it is by a small river that runs into the sea. The beach is literally 2 minutes walk. Lovely beach which our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. The house itself was clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner was lovely and very helpful, and the house met all our needs. Just a shame we didn't have time to stay longer."

"Nice studio apartment close to the beach. Property was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking - cutlery,pans,pots and even coffee,tea and some condiments and spices. Good for couple and can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a extendable sofa bed. Tram and buss stops are very close and will take you to the historic centre of Valencia literally straight from your doorstep. "This was a superb Villa well appointed in a secure and walled urbanisation. It was immaculately clean and the pool water was changed twice per day. I would highly recommend this. A Metro station at Masia de Traver was a short walk away and allowed no hassle connection to Vallencia shops and markets."

"First, I’m American. When we pulled up to this complex, I was worried. But when I met the owner and her daughter, I was enchanted. The property is truly a hidden gem. There is a lovely kitchen with a washer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. We cooked three dinners and did laundry! There is a tiny courtyard where you can relax or hang the clothes to dry. The downstairs has a bedroom, 1/2 bath and family room for relaxing eating, and tv watching. "Parking is Street Parking & very difficult to find an open parking spot. It is not an amenity of the rental as advertised when I rented. I believe that has now been corrected. Main bedroom and closet very nice. Bathroom shower very small. Bunk room is adequate. Spare bathroom is nice size. Kitchen is lovely but ask for confirmation on how the stove top works. Sitting area and dining room are spacious. Outside area is very nice and washer & dryer available. Close to Metro and we enjoyed pizza...

"Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water."
