You will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus an additional WC, an attractive living and dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. High ceilings create a light and airy atmosphere. The villa features high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning in living rooms and all bedrooms, television, washing machine, and self check-in. Beautiful sea and mountain views enhance your stay.



Step outside to your spectacular terrace with breathtaking 180-degree views of the Mediterranean coastline. The terrace is equipped with dining furniture and sun loungers, making it perfect for sunset drinks and outdoor dining in the long summer evenings.



You have access to 2 shared pools, each within a 3–4 minute walk. The larger infinity pool with spectacular sea views opens mid-June to mid-September with daytime lifeguard supervision, while the smaller panoramic pool typically remains open year-round.



While the nearest beach is about a 20-minute walk downhill, a car is recommended for easy access to Almuñécar's beaches, shops, and restaurants, which are a few minutes away by car. Parking is available in the street immediately outside the house.



The area offers excellent swimming, water sports, padel, cycling, and hiking. Granada and the Alhambra are about an hour away for day trips, and the Sierra Nevada mountains provide skiing opportunities in winter and early spring.



The property has many steps and is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility. Beach towels, baby beds, and high chairs are available for an extra fee.
