Centralt i Almunecar

Trevligt hotell som ligger central, rymliga rum med balkong o pool på taket. Bra frukost men väldigt hög ljudvolym i frukostlokalen (många frukostgäster) Man skulle behöva dela av lokalen/sätta upp ljuddämpande material i taket.

Nice hotel 5-10 walk to the beach, friendly staff, I recommend the half board option, great food, great choice and very Covid aware - mandatory use of gloves, masks etc

Rent, centralt hotell nära strand och "gamla stan". Väldigt bra och breda sängar. Bra frukost, dock stor och "slamrig" frukostmatsal. Parkering i parkeringshus under hotellet mot extra kostnad.

Hotel muy nuevo, cómodo y cerca de la playa

Hemos estado un fin de semana de septiembre y es un hotel bastante nuevo, con todas las comodidades y a 5 minutos de la playa. Contratamos desayuno y cena, a buen precio y todo bien, suficiente variedad y la comida bien preparada, algunas cosas más buenas y otras algo menos, como en cualquier parte. Pero al ser buffet libre, podías decidir. Las medidas covid muy bien, ya que tenías que ponerte guantes antes de pasar a la zona de la comida. El servicio muy atento, amable y paciente, explicando en todo momento cómo había que hacerlo. Había música todas las noches, junto a la piscina y el bar de la azotea, pero no pudimos ir por nuestro horario. La habitación, con dos camas muy grandes y cómodas. Y la limpieza, perfecta. Y tenía un pequeño balcón con dos sillas para tomar el aire. Muy bien en general, totalmente recomendable.

Comidas riquisimas y variadas. Excelente.

Hotel excelente en cuanto a comodidad, actuaciones nocturnas en azotea junto a piscina y cercania a terracitas y plazas junto a paseo maritimo....comida excelente (tres kilos de mas, jejeje).Aparcar complicado por zona azul (yo tuve suerte y lo pude dejar a 100 m del hotel en callejon) o pagar parking de sotano.

"Espectacular" se queda corto

La experiencia ha sido maravillosa, hemos ido en plan familiar y hemos recibido un trato espectacular. Destaco especialmente el buffet que tiene muchísima variedad de comida, a cada cual más sabrosa, y respetando todas las medidas COVID-19. La piscina tenía un agua cristalina y un ambiente muy tranquilo, con la presencia de trabajadores del bar-piscina en todo momento dispuestos a servirte lo que necesitases. Respecto a la habitación estaba todo limpísimo, destacando el cuarto de baño que estaba especialmente desinfectado. Respecto a las zonas comunes, todo muy tranquilo, con mucha limpieza y en un entorno muy familiar y acogedor. Incluye servicio de parking con todas las garantías y a un precio realmente económico. Recepción abierta 24h con personal muy servicial y entusiasmado en ayudarte en lo que necesites, también por teléfono. Las habitaciones tienen un gran balcón, televisión digital terrestre y satélite y minibar. Todo ello acompañado de que está a 4 minutos andando de la playa, y al lado de numerosos restaurantes de alta calidad. En definitiva, que ha sido una lástima tener que irnos de un hotelazo como este. Si tengo la oportunidad, repetiré sin dudas.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable, but!

Lots of positives such as lovely room and balcony, comfortable beds, clean, great position, etc., But not pleased with the following; 1) Breakfasts - supposed hot food consistently cold and waiting 10 minutes for a fried egg in a 4**** hotel isn't on. 2) finding on arrival that there was a €3 per night extra charge for a safe lock! If we book a 4* hotel we expect this to be included since it's a room booked with a safe (why would we look for a room with a safe and then not use it?) Rediculous profiteering. 3) on leaving the hotel and trying to get our €30 deposit back for the safe lock, we were informed that unless we had the copy of the sheet of paper she had confirming we'd paid it, etc. and even though we were returning the safe lock, we couldn't have our deposit back. It wasn't till l said I'd want to see the manager, or keep the safe lock she suddenly changed her tack and said she could call the person on duty when we arrived to confirm it. Upshot of it all, we got our monies back but why on earth all the Hassel. Left a bad taste in our mouths, that's for sure. Staff should be encouraged to try and be as positive as they can be at this trying time but this young lady seemed to want to make it as difficult as possible for us to have our deposit back. So short sighted since we only live 2 hours or so away and would have been positively disposed to return to the hotel, but, her intransigence stating hotel policy to support her attitude means we won't be returning.

Fantásticas vacaciones

Hemos estado mi marido, mis 2 hijos y yo, una semana. Ha sido estupendo, buen trato por parte de todo el personal, buen buffet y variado, comida de calidad, y unas vistas espectaculares desde la terraza.
