"I can’t comment on the hotel as I didn’t end up staying there due to booking the wrong place incidentally. What I can comment on is the staff that was willingly happy to help correct the issue with Expedia. This can happen to any of us at times, and as a world traveller, I can say this shows great integrity on behalf of the hotel. Thank again to the staff ! Well done 👏"

"Good for the price and great location."

"Excellent hotel, ideally situated just outside of the old town but close enough to walk or take the bus. Except that the bed was a bit softer for my taste, I have nothing to complain. The room was spacious with a terrace facing the old town and upgraded facilities. Also there was a pool. I would definitely return if I’m in the area. Cheers!"

"The very clean and the room very spacious. The staff lied to us regarding food, we had traveled around 200 miles and arrived around 16:30, we was tired and hungry, they said that the kitchen was closed today and there was no staff, very poor for a hotel this size. We then had to travel into Toledo to find food for the evening meal, we had travelled enough but we had to or we wouldn’t get any food. When e arrived back at the hotel, we noticed that the dining room lights were on and places...

"This was a fantastic hotel! We loved our room! Choose the larger room! Front desk was so helpful! Provided is wine glasses when we needed them! Roof top at night was gorgeous for views. Toledo is a lovely place with rich history. We stayed two nights. It was perfect."
