"Beautiful clean well appointed hotel. Fantastic views. Great breakfasts. Lovely pool. Our mistake was to choose to dine in the restaurant. Very poor customer service, felt rushed, they even took plates away from us before we had finished. Very much a conveyor belt service. Wished we had gone to the city to eat in one of the lovely restaurants like we did on our last visit to Toledo."

"Beautiful property with incredible views from the roof deck. And the staff, especially Lucia, was very helpful and patient, which was so appreciated, since we had car trouble and were frazzled when we arrived. Garage parking. But, be aware, everything is very tight. We had to pull in the mirrors to fit through some of the streets."

"Good location between Toledo and Barajas if planning to visit Toledo after a long drive and leaving from Barajas the next day. Parking lot was full but there was plenty of space on the street. 3 single beds was a little crowded but triple room is what we requested. Very clean and well maintained. Front desk lady was very helpful."
