This hotel makes its clients feel special simply by the fabulous service they provide from the staff on the front desk and from the staff assisting with luggage and valet service. Paulo did a fabulous job looking after us with respect to showing us the features of the resort, assisting with luggage and making sure our car was charged and available when we needed it. We loved our 5-day stay in this stylish hotel. Our room was modern and sophisticated with dark wood and beige ascents that helped create a relaxing environment. The bathroom with its modern amenities was spacious and had a wonderful rain shower. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. The room provided the perfect respite after a day of visiting museums and sightseeing. Another reason to stay here is their fabulous restaurant. João Simões and Inês did a wonderful job making sure our dining experiences were memorable. This is one hotel that is a must to stay at. You will not be disappointed"

"Pros: The staff were friendly and very helpful. Cons: the apartment had very basic utensils, and in general was a bit tired. The pool bar made great cocktails and had a happy 3hours everyday but sadly the food was not that great. There were no restaurants nearby but Uber/Bolt readily available. "
