"Excellent choice for families as they have connecting rooms. The location is excellent if you are mainly interested in the schönbrunn castle, the castle park, castle maze and the zoo. Also there is the technical museum just beside the hotel. The hotel clean your only one day after another but it is not an issue. The staff are very helpful, special thanks fo Ali. The hotel also offer complimentary delicious cookies. Also there is a small supermarket in the lobby. Small point for improvement: i wish they had pillows menu, we felt the pillows were too soft and low and when putting too above each others they are very high and not comfy. I don't usually face this issue at hotels. The instant coffee at the rooms was really good "

"If I could give 6 stars I would. When travelling with little children, it is hard to keep them occupied, but this hotel has been built completely around children. The tram into the main areas of the city literally stops at the door. It is also 8 minutes away from the train station which links directly to Vienna central"

"It was a lovely location on top of a hill overlooking Vienna. There was a bus stop just outside the property that took us right into the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I would recommend getting the breakfast added on prior to your arrival. It was a good selection and if the weather is nice you can sit on the terrace. "

"Hotel was in a good location for transport and to visit the palace. Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were clean. Couldnt hear anyone in other rooms. Lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby."

"Lovely hotel in excellent location 5 minutes walk from underground , across the road from Schonbrunn Palace gardens . The room was clean and modern we had a balcony which was nice. Sauna faculties were good but be ware if you are offended by naked men there were plenty of them must be the culture . Staff on reception where really nice and helpful . Breakfast was really good plenty of choice but expensive if you didn’t have it included in your stay. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and received a nice plate of chocolates and fruit which was a lovely touch . Overall excellent stay would recommend . "
