"I booked this property kind of last minute and in a rush that i did not realize that they requested 48 hour advance notice for the arrival time. There isnt a front desk. When we arrived at the property and went through the doors I knew that i needed to look at the check-in instructions. At that moment, I saw that they needed advance notice. I was able to call the number listed and the host picked up after a few rings. I informed her of our arrival and she said someone would meet us in 15 min....

"Had a perfect experience! A short walk to Citta Alta as well as the center of the lower city. Beatrice was lovely and gave very clear instructions for check in. She had many options for breakfast and even put a new cork in a wine bottle I had bought but hadn't finished. A great place to stay! "

"Beautiful B&B, we had amazing time there! Historic building is well located, right in the old town. You can walk anywhere, great area. Rooms are very big with super high ceilings. Bathroom is also roomy, very nicely decorated. We found the whole building very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast is in a beutiful room, you get everything you need in the morning. Monteo (owner) is very helpful and caring. I travelled with my 2 children from US, and he made our stay very comfortable."

We had a disaster with car rental after a delayed flight and the hosts couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. It’s so chilled, welcoming, beautiful and peaceful. "In a good location. About a 20 minute walk from the train station and bus station. Check in was a little strange with no one to great us and had we not had the kindest of a stranger and their Internet, we would have been unable to download the message from the app with the owners number on it to gain access to the property. We saw noone for the whole of our stay. Room was OK. Downside is none of the plug holes had plugs. "

And nothing was too much trouble for our host who made sure we were picked up and returned to Milano Bergamo airport by the charming Pelle.
