"The communal pool which was opposite the villa had showers and toilts, the pool was huge with comfortable beds around it. Quite a few tiles had come away on the bottom of the pool in rhe shallow end, but apart from that it was a great addition to the holiday. 5 mins drive to the centre of town with 3 good sized public car parks. The villa itself was very cool and comfortable."

"We really enjoyed our time here. The location isn’t great if the beach or city centre is a priority unless you have a car or enjoy long walks. We had a car and do enjoy long walks so we used both modes of transportation and had no problem with the location. "The drive up the hill the first time was interesting, but Carlos the owner met us at the bottom to show us the route.The villa is lovely with amazing views. We were 4 adults with a 4 and 2 yr old and barely left the villa as it had everything we needed. "The villa was suitable for us, as a party of 11, the villa could do with some updating and a tidy up on the outside of the villa, surrounding the pool area, however as a family we had a great time. The reviews that I had previously read about the villa before we got there stated that a car was needed due to the location of the villa - this is true, we ended up having to get 3 taxi's every time we left the villa as there is nothing in walking distance, not even a local shop for essentials....

"28 days of relaxation, villa is in a quiet area & fairly private in the garden. Didn’t use the communal pool, it looked clean, preferred to go to the local beaches and used the chairs and umbrellas plus the cool boxes that were at the villa. Ideal situation for the Tuesday farmers market & Sunday flea market. 20mins walk to the Balcon but longer back as it’s all uphill, good excuse to sample the local bars en route. Owner was very quick to respond to my questions before we went."

"The checking process was smooth and they let us come in very early into the property, which was amazing. The outside was gorgeous. The pool was super clean and had these amazing view of Frigliana that was refreshing. The inside however was outdated. The sofa was uncomfortable. "Casa 14 was everything we were looking for . Quiet tranquil location yet not too far from the village for its bars , restaurants and historic centre . The outside ares and pool were beautifully maintained and the villa was really well equipped. We spent a month at Casa 14 but could happily stayed longer. A very tranquil relaxing atmosphere. The owners ,Mathilde and Jim ,were so helpful and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this gorgeous property ."

"It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was a little small for three people but other than that everything else was excellent. Our room got cleaned twice a day and each tome we hot clean towels. Staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. "
