"Je le conseille vivement si vous devez visiter le Pays Basque. Position centrale, les principaux sites sont à 30, 45 min de route et cela permet de revenir au calme tous les soirs. Un très bel accueil, avec des petites attentions pour vous souhaiter la bienvenue, un très bel appartement plein de charme et d'histoire. Nous le gardons en tête n'ayant pas tout visité."

"D'abord, il a fallu contacter le propriétaire pour connaitre l'adresse de la location? De plus, le couloir donnant accès n'est pas éclairé, d'ou pb pour ouvrir la porte. Ensuite, le chauufage de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas (pas de notice).La TVest tombée en panne au bout de 2 jours et il a fallu que j'en achète 1.Le plus "nul": il était fait mention d'un jardin!! Il existe mais est innaccessible car non entretenu (herbes hautes). En qq mots, cette location ne vaut pas le prix demandé....

"We enjoyed our stay immensely! The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and well equipped. We felt very much at home and could easily relax and unwind. Sophie and Denis were so welcoming and helpful with numerous ideas of places to go. The sole problem was that a week was simply not enough time to do all that we wanted in this beautiful region. "The property is rustic French and was perfectly OK in that milieu, but the external features were disappointing. The hedges were not cut and we’re untidy. The grass surrounding had not been cut and it generally did not look as smart as the web images suggested. I enjoyed my visit and as a pied-a-terre it was fine, but the owners need to improve the exterior. Having said all that I enjoyed my stay and only mention these concerns to help the owners."

"My friend and I stayed at this apartment during the festival week while visiting Pamplona for the running of the bulls. Not only did the apartment meet our needs perfectly, the location was perfect, and the host were very helpful with transportation to and from the train station, as well as leaving us very thoughtful gifts. "They canceled the reservation 24 hours before check in. The reason stated was “natural disaster”. This was for the San Fermin festival. I suspect they rented the apartment for a higher fee and simple made up an excuse to cancel my reservation. I rented this on Expedia - in all communications they asked me to “check my VRBO account”. I don't have a VRBO account. Very poor experience."
