"It was a good place to stay. It was very easy to park and the rooms were clean. I checked in much later than expected and the host left the keys for me in a box which I found difficult to open. I didn’t see any staff during my stay, but everything was clean and tidy. "

It is more like a comfortable hotel room (bedroom + your own bathroom) combined with some of what you find in a hostel (shared kitchen area including refrigerator plus community sitting room and a patio), PLUS staff that is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful.
