We were in Wabasha working the annual Grumpy Old Men Winter Festival and there was something magical about coming back to the house after working a long festival day and being able to sit in front of the fireplace in the coziest living room ever with a spectacular view of Parkside Marina! "Enjoyed our weekend at the renovated Exchange Building. Very cool to see how the owners have maintained the wonderful character and created clean, inviting spaces. Was just me and my partner and our unit was set up well for two people. Coffee shops and restaurants very close by. Very clean and well kept space. I would describe the vibe overall as minimalist with furnishings and in-unit amenities, but it worked for the two of us just fine."

Just a couple of issues: no place to hang coats except the pantry where the coats would have been running into other items, fireplace wasnt working, bidet wast working, and when we stripped the bed we found mouse droppings. Couldnt find full bedding for the pull out couch. Couldnt find full listing of amenities in vrbo or evolve listing.
