"The elevator was not working and they did everything possible to help us do the one flight of stairs. Even moved a settee in for my wife. to sleep on with her bad back. They had been changing the furniture and still had one available. I chose a specific room because of the settee."

"Upon check in i was offered help to bring my bags in since there wasn't a baggage cart available. That is a first or me. The check in person was very helpful, courteous and friendly. Willing to help in any way. The view was amazing too"

"I wish I could live here!!! Truly the most beautiful home and such gracious hosts. The massive native garden in the front yard is so pretty to look at and there are even more lovely plants inside. The hosts have thought of, and provide, quite literally everything you might need (toiletries, towels, water) and then some—a delightful coffee bar with all sorts of breakfast items! I especially loved the house kitties roaming about, they are so cute. Lastly, the location is perfect and my pup and I loved walking around the neighborhood. 100/10 would recommend and I will DEF be staying here again soon!! "
