I really appreciated the ease and efficiency of contactless check-in (and the extra tea, coffee and milk packets by the front door). Quiet and clean room with super comfy beds, and a great shower. The breakfast the next morning was exceptional! Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. "

"Lovely welcome at check in. This is more of a guest house style than a modern ‘hotel’ and has decor/styling that reflects this, but all areas were very clean and tidy. The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and had good storage and tea/coffee facilities. Clean linen and nice towels. Lovely hot shower. Super view from the window over a couple of streets and beyond to the hills/mountains. All the staff we saw were friendly, attentive and hard working (but not rushing around and making things stressy). Breakfast was very well cooked, tasty, fresh and good quality ingredients. A few minutes walk to the centre of town and the park. We would definitely book here again for a future visit to Keswick. "

"Lovely hotel, currently undergoing refurbishment. But no impact on experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of nice touches in the room. I have already recommended it to several people and I will certainly return. We were a family of 5 and the kids also remarked on how impressive it was, they enjoyed playing tennis and having a swim after dinner. Food was wonderful with an excellent choice, we enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast. *Highly recommend *"
